Conveying not only the mechanics of recreating the dish, but embodying the architecture, the lighting, the sights and the sounds that make each venue unique.

The restricted pagination presented two key challenges: creating harmony between the various visual and graphic languages of each of the selected venues, and the need to maximise the economy of the available imagery. A highly considered art direction program was established to ensure the (often) single image dedicated to a venue captured the energy of the locations dining experience.
