The iconic Australian BBQ is no longer just a lamb chop and a sausage in bread - if it ever was. In today’s culturally rich society the culinary options open to Australian backyards takes inspiration from far and wide. Working with summer festival Royal Croquet Club, illustrator Eirian Chapman and Broadsheet Media, we challenged the conventions of what the Aussie BBQ is in the way we brought the festival’s food space to life.
